Return and Exchange Policy

We’re happy to assist you if you wish to return or exchange products purchased from us.

You can request for a return or exchange if:

  • It’s only been 14 days or less since you have received the product.
  • It wasn’t bought using a discount coupon or during a sale.
  • It has their security ties. But don’t worry, you can wash, condition, and heat style the hair while in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product.
  • It is not used or altered, including chemical alteration.
  • It is not wet or damp.
  • You have the proof of purchase.
  • It is in original packaging with tags.
  • You have shot an unboxing video of the package you received if your reason to return/exchange is missing/damaged product. Ensure the video covers opening of the courier seal too.

How to raise a request for return/exchange:

  1. Click this link and fill out the return form.
  2. Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the package from your doorstep.
  3. Get a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

Easy refunds:

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
